FEATURED ARTIST OF THE WHAAAAAT?!?: CHAN HWEE CHONG. 16.10.11
it’s back on! apologies for no artist of the week posts in the past 2 months…honestly there is no excuse for a two month hiatus. but if i had to make one…between balancing two jobs in the seattle area (full-time as a contract account coordinator at hammerquist studios along with weekends and nights at wf) and moving to boulder (currently interning in integrated production at crispin porter + bogusky) life has been a little hectic. however, after two weeks of settling down in boulder, i thought it was time to share some more awesome talent. this little number did not, like most of my posts, come from my personal database, but rather came to me yesterday morning via theinspiration.com and showcases the unique illustration abilities of singapore-based art director chan hwee chong, in a video created for faber castell by eric yeo. check out chong’s work here (i recommend looking at the amazing kitchen art for bulthaup knives).
